Marera Valley Lodge, located on the outskirts of Karatu town about midway between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater, is close to the village of Rhotia.

At Marera Valley Lodge we strive to provide safari travellers with the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Our rooms are spacious and light with views onto the lushly landscaped gardens. Each room has coffee/tea making facilities, mosquito nets, large comfortable beds (family and interconnecting rooms are available), a fireplace, sitting area, writing desk, ample wardrobe and luggage space plus a private verandah. All en-suite bathrooms are complete with amenities such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and plenty of fluffy towels.
